The National Continence Helpline is a free telephone advisory service funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services.

Diabetes Australia – Victoria  
Multilingual Info line, 1300 801 164 connects callers with the help of an interpreter to services and information on diabetes prevention, support and management.
This service is free and easy to use. You can speak with a Diabetes Educator and/or Dieticians with the help of an interpreter.

Ethnic Communities Council of Victoria 
ECCV undertakes advocacy and research for ethnic communities in Victoria. Various aged care resources are available on this site. They occasionally run forums and information sessions on issues related to aged care.

Victorian Foundation for Survivors of Torture provides information and assistance to people who have experienced trauma and torture prior to their arrival in Australia. It provides training sessions to service providers and information and referral to clients.

Multicultural Mental Health Australia  
The MHiMA project is funded by the Australian Government, Department of Health, to provide a national focus for advice and support to providers and governments on mental health and suicide prevention for people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.  
Information is available in community languages for carers and clients, as well as resources for service providers to assist them to work in a more culturally competent manner

My Aged Care  
The My Aged Care website has been established by the Australian Government to help you navigate the aged care system. The Gateway is part of the Australian Government's changes to the aged care system which have been designed to give people more choice, more control and easier access to a full range of aged care services.

The Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) 
TIS is an interpreting service provided by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection for people who do not speak English and for agencies and businesses that need to communicate with their non-English speaking clients.

Victorian Multicultural Commission 
The VMC provides training to government and government funded agencies and a range of resources for the community and service providers. They have an extensive website that can be investigated for a broad range of resources including events calendars, demographic profiles, statistics and more.
